Governor Kaine joined Governor Linwood Holton and the Virginia Tourism Corporation at the kick-off event for the 40th Anniversary of Virginia is for Lovers, the state's official tourism slogan. He delivered remarks and helped debut the newest phase of Virginia's tourism marketing.
