RICHMOND – Governor Timothy M. Kaine today announced that he has appointed Judge William C. Andrews, III, to fill a vacancy on the Circuit Court for the City of Hampton.
Judge Andrews was first appointed to the Hampton General District Court in 1990 and to the Hampton Circuit Court in 1996. He was in private practice for 17 years before joining the bench in 1990.
