Governor's Internship Application
Unpaid internships are available to students during the spring, summer, fall and winter semesters. The Governor's Internship Program provides a meaningful professional experience and lens into state government. Note: This is a different program than the Governor's Fellows program. The Governor's Fellows program will continue to run during the summer.
Requirements
Applicants should be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Interns will be assigned to a Secretariat or Executive Office and will report directly to a staff mentor within the department.
Students must meet the following requirements to be considered for an internship:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- At least 18 years of age
