Governor Kaine Announces Creation of 'Complete Count Committee'
November 6 — Governor Timothy M. Kaine announced the creation of the Virginia Complete Count Committee (CCC) by Executive Order 99. The Committee will serve as the central conduit of information in Virginia's efforts to ensure an accurate and comprehensive survey in the 2010 Census. CCC will also facilitate the sharing of ideas and resources between various communities in the Commonwealth.
