Governor Kaine Announces Two Appointments to State Board of Elections
RICHMOND – Governor Timothy M. Kaine today announced the following appointments to the State Board of Elections:

The Honorable Jean W. Cunningham of Richmond will serve on the Board. Cunningham is retired and works part-time as a mediator with the McCammon Group. She served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 1986 to 1998, and is a former member of the Virginia State University Board of Visitors.
Harold Y. Pyon of Fairfax County will serve on the Board. He is a Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary for Technology Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Pyon is a former member of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors.
