RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam announced additional appointments to his Administration today.

Bailey Harlow, Executive Assistant to First Lady Pamela Northam
Bailey Harlow has been appointed as Executive Assistant to First Lady Pamela Northam. Prior to his appointment, he served as session aide for Delegate Danica Roem and worked with the policy team at Equality Virginia. He is an Augusta County native, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Psychology from the College of William & Mary.
W. LeGrand Northcutt, Special Assistant to the Governor’s Counsel
LeGrand Northcutt has been appointed Special Assistant to the Governor’s Counsel. He previously served as an advocate for individuals experiencing housing instability and homelessness, working with organizations including the Legal Aid Justice Center, Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance, National Homelessness Law Center, and the Poverty & Race Research Action Council. A native of Richmond, he recently graduated from The University of Richmond School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University, where he studied English and Poverty and Human Capability Studies.
