Governor’s Flag Order for the State Capitol in Richmond

This is to order that the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia is to be flown at half-staff over the state Capitol in respect and memory of former Virginia State Senator and Delegate Kevin G. Miller, Sr. 

I hereby order that the flag shall be lowered at sunrise on Saturday, November 16, 2019, and remain at half-staff until sunset.

Ordered on this, 15th day of November, 2019.

 

Governor’s Flag Order for the County of Culpeper, the County of Fauquier, the County of Page, the County of Rappahannock, the County of Stafford, and the Cities of Harrisonburg and Rockingham

Be it further encouraged that the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia may be flown at half-staff on all local, state, and federal buildings and grounds in the County of Culpeper, the County of Fauquier, the County of Page, the County of Rappahannock, the County of Stafford, and the Cities of Harrisonburg and Rockingham, and in any other locality as deemed appropriate, in respect and memory of former Virginia State Senator and Delegate Kevin G. Miller, Sr.

I hereby authorize that the flags shall be lowered at sunrise on Saturday, November 16, 2019, and remain at half-staff until sunset.
