Governor’s Flag Authorization for the Western District of Virginia

 

This is to authorize that the flags of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia may be flown at half-staff on all local, state, and federal buildings and grounds in the Western District of Virginia in respect and memory of Judge Glen E. Conrad, United States District Court Judge for the Western District of Virginia.

I hereby authorize that the flags may be lowered at sunrise on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, and remain at half-staff until sunset.
