RICHMOND, VA — Governor Glenn Youngkin, pursuant to subsection D of Virginia Code section 23.1 – 1300, released the following letter removing Mr. U. Bertram “Bert” Ellis, Jr. as a member of the University of Virginia Board of Visitors.
