Richmond Youth Entrepreneur Day

By virtue of the authority vested by the Constitution of Virginia in the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, there is hereby officially recognized:

WHEREAS, the Richmond Children's Business Fair Team consists of two organizations, the Youth Business Exchange and The Metropolitan Business League; and

WHEREAS, Youth Business Exchange is a 501(c)3 organization that supports #KidPreneurs by sharing resources and hosting events that helps to grow their business; and

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Business League is a non-profit, membership-based business association that creates business connections in Central Virginia to promote economic prosperity in Virginia through education, advocacy, access to resources, and building relationships for small, women-owned, and minority-owned businesses; and

WHEREAS, working together with the Richmond Children's Business Fair Team, both are passionate community builders, who want our youth in the Richmond area to learn about entrepreneurship in a practical and fun way;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Glenn Youngkin, do hereby recognize March 11, 2023, as RICHMOND YOUTH ENTREPRENEUR DAY in our COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, and I call this observance to the attention of our citizens.
