Virginia Blood Donation Day

WHEREAS, the Commonwealth of Virginia is committed to ensuring the safety and security of our citizens and visitors; and

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Glenn Youngkin, do hereby recognize September 4, 2024, as BLOOD DONATION DAY in the COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, and I call this observance to the attention of all our citizens.
