The U.S. House of Representatives site offers a locator and contact service for all representatives. Once you input your zip code information, this service automatically takes you to an e-mail form that will be sent to your Congressperson.

Can the Governor help me file my immigration forms?

Immigration is handled by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.  The Governor of Virginia has no administrative authority over federal government agencies or programs like immigration.
